Ingredients
- Corn tortillas
- 1 package KJ Poultry Chicken Shawarma Chubs
- Watermealon radish
- Pea shoots or the leafy greens of your choice
- 2 onions
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup Mrsala wine
- Oil for sauteing

Onion Jam:
Salute two onions in three tablespoons oil over medium heat for twenty five minutes until deeply golden. Add a teaspoon salt. Pour the wine into the pot and cook for five more minutes. The results are incredible!

Start by slicing strips of the shawarma chub and searing them in a pan with two tablespoons oil over medium heat and set aside | |

Place the corn tortilla over an open flame and heat for a minute on each side until black spots form. Use caution! | |

Assemble the tacos by placing the leafy greens, shawarma and watermelon radish slices in the center of the corn tortilla | |
Step 4 | |
Drizzle with sesame tahini and top with onion jam! |
