Start by slicing strips of the shawarma chub and searing them in a pan with two tablespoons oil over medium heat and set aside
Place the corn tortilla over an open flame and heat for a minute on each side until black spots form. Use caution!
Assemble the tacos by placing the leafy greens, shawarma and watermelon radish slices in the center of the corn tortilla
Drizzle with sesame tahini and top with onion jam!

Salute two onions in three tablespoons oil over medium heat for twenty five minutes until deeply golden. Add a teaspoon salt. Pour the wine into the pot and cook for five more minutes. The results are incredible!
